Peter and Sandy have been in Christian Ministry for 44 years starting in missions and then in church pastoral ministry for the past 38 years. Peter retired in 2016 from Courtenay Fellowship Baptist Church after being their senior pastor for 20 years. Most recently Peter and Sandy ministered at Port Hardy Baptist Church for a year as interim pastor until they hired a new pastor. Now they are with us at Cumberland Community Church as our transition pastor as we seek God's guidance in leading us to our next Lead Pastor. Peter and Sandy have two adult married children and three grandchildren.
